We ship all of our orders via United States Postal service or UPS which ever is cheapest. We have found this provides you our valued customers with the cheapest and most reliable shipping option. Most orders ship out in about 7-14 business days from the time the order is received. If you need something faster we do ship by Next Day Air. Though, a higher shipping rate will apply with this shipping option and it is not available in all areas. Also, you should contact us in advance to make sure that Next Day Air is available in your area if you are thinking of using it.
Returns…
If there is ever anything more that we here at AZ Trading Post can do to help please feel free to tell us. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products just return them with in 10 days of shipping date an it must be received in resaleable condition. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee for all return items. Also we do NOT REFUND any shipping charges of return items or pay return shipping charges. We recommend insuring all breakable items when returning for credit or refund.
If you are returning items due to product damage or defect you will be given an in-store credit towards the cost of the returned item or items and only the cost of the returned item or items. So, shipping charges of any kind are not reflected in the overall value of an in-store credit. Also, if the item is damage in shipping please make sure the shipper has been notified before notifying us and returning said items.
Pay Buy Check…
If you want to pay buy personal Check or Money Order you MUST make the check payable to Richard Wallace, not to AZ Trading Post or you can use paypal they have the means to varify your check. Then mail the check that is made out to Richard Wallace to the address below with a copy of the order that you printed out. Or you can write down the item number and a short description and the price and how many you want of the item. Also inclued the shipping and handling charges and any tax. Then mail the to the address below. Your order will not be shipped until the check clears or bank without any problems this will take an additional business week.
